Service Description

This November to October training plan with coach Peyton will help enduro, gravity and even xc riders be stronger, more prepared and ready to perform during the race season. Each plan will include strength training for explosive power and injury prevention. You'll also get periodized workouts on the bike to build a riders ability to strongest at the most important races of the year. There will also be nutrition advise as well as use of power zones to help a rider understand how hard to go for the best strength building and recovery. There are three tracks to follow. An XC/Enduro focused plan will be best for those riders most interested in enduro while still racing XC. The Enduro/ Downhill plan will include more power and strength building to be ready for managing the demand of high muscle loading forces in downhill races. The under 14 year old plan is for riders who are still developing physically. This plan helps keep a younger rider focused without over stressing their young connective tissues.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule, No-Show Policy: We have limited staff and high demand, so we require that clients give us at least 24hrs notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice or "no shows" will not receive refunds. Weather Policy: We only cancel for weather if chances of rain are above 60% at the time of the scheduled lesson or if the temperature poses a threat to safety. Lessons cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled.
