Head Coach
Harlan Price
Coach Harlan started TakeAim Cycling in 2011. He's one of four coaches in the US certified at the highest level 4 by GSMBC and PMBIA.
​
After racing professionally full time he transitioned to coaching throughout the East Coast. During his racing career he's raced from India to Costa Rica to British Columbia. A National Series champion, he's stood on many national championship podiums.

Head Downhill Coach
Ronnie Vance
Ronnie is a former motocross racer and a current downhill National Champion and races the pro category in the Downhill Southeast and other national series.

Ronnie is proof that attitude will get you closer to your goals and brings positivity and attention to details to the races.
An expert mechanic and strategist Ronnie loves race craft and sharing his experiences with his riders.

Head Enduro Race Coach
Ethan Flanigan
Ethan has been riding at the sharp end of the enduro scene for years. He loves a long day out on the bike and is committed to the finer details of training and strategy.

You'll find him on most pro podiums at the end of races and is the current National Champion for his age group in Enduro.
​
Ethan is also the NORCO bicycles rep for the region and has a deep knowledge of bikes and the entire mountain bike industry.

Enduro assistant Coach and fitness coach
Abi Snyder
Abi is a multidiscipline mountain bike athlete who has raced for team USA at world championships in Marathon and Enduro.
​
Coach Abi loves numbers, the psychology of racing and stoking riders up to be their best. She's a huge resource of information and we're excited to have her on the team!
​
She also offers individual coaching plans and is providing the team members with coaching discounts.

Assistant coach, Mentor
Madison Lee
Madison is another TakeAim alumni who has been tearing up the regional and national enduro scene. She's a certified Level 1 GSMBC coach and is a sophmore at Virginia Tech.
​
This year Madison will be racing enduros and we might even find her at some of the downhill races as well.
​
She'll be a mentor riding with younger riders at the races and sharing her wealth of knowledge!
