TakeAim Cycling is Hiring!

March 4th 2021

For 2021 we are looking to build a team of instructors to offer high quality and consistent instruction at Bryce Bike Park and beyond. We are searching for fun and passionate instructors who are ready to elevate riders to new levels of stoke on their mountain bikes. An ideal candidate must be certified PMBIA Level 1 or greater, have current Wilderness First Aid and CPR, have some teaching experience, be patient, professional, adaptable, and eager to work with all levels of riders.

TakeAim Cycling and Bryce Bike Park’s goals are to provide the region with one of the best venues for learning and teaching by building an amazing skills learning area and through consistent coach mentoring. That means regular opportunities for riders to get first class instruction as well as giving coaches consistent chances to practice their craft. We want to provide a nurturing and collaborative environment to build a strong coach and rider culture.

We are seeking instructors from diverse backgrounds to improve our ability to communicate effectively. The best rider does not automatically make the best coaches and the best coaches don’t have to be the best riders! A great coach has good analysis skills combined with refined communication skills.
