Service Description

Join us on Tour Days, and we'll take you to three of our favorite trails! Death Star, Red Diamond, and Reddish Knob! You must have strong MTB skills to join these days: very solid, advanced intermediate skills to expert level skills. 2024 season: March 23 April 20 May 11 June 15 July 13 August 17 September 21 October 12 THE TRAILS: -There is always some climbing or pedaling involved in the backcountry. -Be prepared for fast sections, sometimes loose, rocky descents, backcountry singletrack with wider dual track or fire road, small sections of steep climbing interspersed with big downhills. -Expect the equivalent of a single or double black diamond trails. -We scout the trails and provide recommendations, but we don't guarantee the conditions of anything. In the backcountry the unexpected is to be expected! +SUGAR RUN (DEATH STAR) +SLATE SPRINGS (RED DIAMOND): +WOLF RIDGE : -Tipping your shuttle driver for a job well done is appreciated :) **These are backcountry trails. You MUST know how to fix a flat and manage other common mechanical issues in the backcountry, and you MUST carry supplies to do so. If you don't know how to manage flats and mechanicals, ride with a buddy who has those skills.** -The shuttle won't run, and you'll be refunded if fewer than 7 people book for a specific date. ITINERARY: -In the morning, park at be ready to go at 9:00. -Lap of Death Star (aka Sugar Run). -Lap of Red Diamond (aka Slate Springs). -Lap off of Reddish Knob: your choice of Wolf Ridge, Timber Ridge, or Lynn. The driver will make recommendations based on recent trail intel. -4th bonus lap if time allows. 3:30 last drop. REQUIREMENTS: -Strong advanced to expert skill level of riding. **This ride is NOT for beginners or those with low intermediate skills.** -Fitness level: Able to do a lap of Reddish/Wolf Ridge trail in 1.5hrs MAX time. -GPS app on your smartphone. Routes are on TrailForks and MTB Project. -Helmets are required; other personal protective equipment like eye protection, knee pads and gloves are strongly recommended. -Flat fix kit, backcountry tool kit, and the skills to use them. -Personal first aid kit. -Personal supply of water and food for the day. -We also offer private shuttles! If you want to do more laps with your friends!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule, No-Show Policy: We have limited staff and high demand, so we require that clients give us at least 24hrs notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice or "no shows" will not receive refunds. Weather Policy: We only cancel for weather if chances of rain are above 60% at the time of the scheduled lesson or if the temperature poses a threat to safety. Lessons cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled.
