Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: Full Refunds or Credit will be offered for anyone cancelating two weeks before the session starts. Cancelations within two weeks will receive transferable credits for the amount paid. Cancelations within 1 week will be credited 50% of amount paid unless there is a wait list, then they will get a 100% credit. If the promoter cancels for any reason they will refund or credit at participants desire. If you cannot complete the course because of a dangerous bike or a skill level lower that is unable to ride the blue or black trails we will have to ask you to leave for your safety and the progression of the group.
